Minutes for October 2 meeting (Draft until approved)

Present:  President Jack Adams, VP Dan Gilmore, Secretary Alan Woodruff, Treasurer Lou Azzarito,

     Director Robert Scheehl and members Mike Crisifulli, Ed Girtler, Bob Hoffman, Ray Hotaling,

     Dick Hyde, Mike Smith and James VerSchneider

     President Jack called the meeting to order at 7:25.  The secretary's minutes for August 7 were

read and approved.  

     Treasurer Lou reported recent financial activity and the status of our accounts.  The report

was accepted.

     Range.  Mike Crisafulli, Mike Smith and Bob Scheehl reported on the new benches they have

built and installed on our range.

          Harvest supper.  A signup form sent to us by Director Karen Marshall seeking volunteers to

help with various tasks was shared.  Bob Scheehl will get rolls and we will again secure 13

pumpkin and 13 apple pies.

     The wilderness first aid class conducted at the hall on September 25 by the NYS Outdoor

Guides Association was a success with around 15 participants.

     Crossbow question.  There has been no response from the notice that has been on our

website.  This will stay on the site for another month and a vote will be taken at the November

meeting.
